Multiple & serial murders

Jeffrey Dahmer murdered 17 men and boys between 1978 and 1991. When Tracy Edwards escaped his Milwaukee apartment, police discovered evidence of the killings. Reporting and documentaries have also examined missed opportunities to intervene and the experiences of victims’ families.

Dahmer lived in Apartment 213 from 1990 until his 1991 arrest. The Oxford Apartments were demolished on November 16, 1992.
